Presidents March Letter:
Our Mardi Gras Celebration was great fun and The Chateau provided a delicious banquet. What a great way for our new members to meet and greet our long-time members. And, congratulations to our Super Bowl pool winners: Jim Brockman, Joann Copperud, Aniko Viragh and Cathy Skeen – we hope they enjoy their Raley’s gift cards.
March brings us our St. Patrick’s Day themed dinner/dance featuring corned beef and cabbage prepared by The Chateau. Come join us on Tuesday, March 21, AT THE CHATEAU for one of our most popular events. You certainly won’t want to miss this one. To see the menu, register, and pay for this dinner, please CLICK HERE. Cost is $30 per member and $40 per guest.
Our Wednesday Après Ski events have been very well attended. These noon time lunches are hosted weekly by member volunteers at the Diamond Peak lodge and are open to all members. We would like to thank all the hosts for doing such a great job supplying the wonderful spreads. We are still looking for Après Ski hosts March and April. Please CLICK HERE for more information and to sign up.
I hope everyone is out enjoying downhill skiing, back country skiing and snowshoeing in our beautiful Tahoe Basin.
Michael Zurcher, President 2022–23
